WHY WORKING TOGETHER HELPS YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
Influencers realize that in order to reach their goals, they need to get everyone functioning together. If everybody has different dreams, all you’ll find is trouble.
This is why team work, will help you get to your goals.
THE END RESULT IS BIGGER THAN THE WORK
If everybody shares a common goal, then everybody should be helping to reach it. In a working team every person helps out by using their unique skills.
All together the entire team is stronger than each individual because of the many combined skills, which means as a group they can accomplish a lot more than alone. Nobody should act like they’re better than another person working together because they all share a goal, and are all working together to achieve it. If the entire team succeeds, everybody that is apart of team, gets the benefits.
THE ONLY WAY YOU WON'T SUCCEED, IS IF YOU DON'T TRY
Things may get a little bumpy on the road to your glory, being a part of a team allows everyone to support each other with the failures AND success. Failing is the only reason something doesn’t work out the way you want. If you’re working alone, you may find it hard to keep trying even if things aren’t going so well, but as a team you’ll want to keep trying with the support of your members. Although it may feel bad, without failure, you wouldn’t be able to see your success.
It’s super essential to understand and own up to your mistakes, this is because this is the only way to get past them and advance your learning. When you celebrate with your team, you’ll start to feel better and more confident, and your bond will grow stronger. Soon enough, there won’t be any pressure if mistakes do happen since the team understands that a failure is showing what doesn’t work so that they can find something that does.
KNOWING HOW GOOD YOU CAN BE
Every person has things they’re good at and things they’re not so good at. Luckily, when you’re a part of a team, it gets a lot easier to distinguish somebody’s entire potential for the reason that one person’s flaw is somebody else’s strength.
While being on a team, everybody gets the chance to control their weaknesses by learning from each other. A certain member may be great at one thing, but rather terrible at another, while another member may be the opposite. If these two people worked together and shared their knowledge both of them could improve.
LEADERS ARE PART OF THE TEAM
Although leaders are the head of the group, they are still just a part of the team. Just because they’ve been put in charge doesn’t mean they can reach the goals alone. This is the reason for teams.
Although the leader is “just a part of the time” they still have to make sure it’s known that they are in fact in charge, and make sure the team is working the way they should be. But aside from those times, they are just another part of the team.
SO... ARE YOU REALLY A LEADER OR JUST A MANAGER?
Leaders and managers need to work together. They’re the two compartments in control that need to know when one side is needed. One side is the management. This uses logic and rational thinking. It handles order and control. The other side is leadership, where creative thinking is used. It focuses on using imagination, instinct, and other various skills.
Using these two together will create a powerful, and successful team.
